The solution
- Free-form extraction and intelligent document capture of incoming invoices and delivery notes from e-mail or document scans with IRISXtract™.
- Subsequent verify analysis in the IRISXtract™ AP automation application, separately for incoming invoices and delivery notes, including the flagging of attachments.
- Transfer of documents and metadata into the PRO.FILE DMS, with review and approval processes mapped in the downstream DMS as well.
- Bidirectional connection of ERP (SAGE) and financial accounting (BMD).
